New Year’s Resolution Poll
We checked out the Marist poll of New Year’s resolutions and you are not alone if you want to get back into shape. The list is topped by Being a better person, 16%, tops the list of New Year’s resolutions for 2017, knocking weight loss, 10%, from the number one spot for the first time since ringing in 2014. Exercising more, 10%, ties weight loss for second place among those who are likely to make a 2017 resolution. Spending less money and saving more, improving one’s health, and eating healthier receive 7% each and round out the top New Year’s resolutions for 2017.
Kick Start your Gym Attendance
There is nothing worse than having a few weeks off from your normal routine at the gym but you know that you like the way you look and feel if you focus on your workouts. Why not try a new class to kick start that fat loss such as HIIT or Spin to really get you in a sweat. If you are feeling stiff, stressed and unmotivated why not try Yoga? If you have never tried it and think it is for girls then you will be shocked by just how hard it is and the strength and toned limbs it can give you – try it!
