Shipment processing time
All orders are prepared directly by our suppliers/pharmacies and then dispatched by their transportation companies. Subject to stock availability with suppliers/pharmacies and receipt of payment, orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays and the estimated delivery time is within 3 to 5 days.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock with our suppliers/pharmacies we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know the estimated despatch date. Should you not receive your goods within the stipulated timescale please contact email@example.com stating your order number.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
Kindly note that due to pandemic related supply chain constraints there may be delays to
some orders. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The product(s) ordered will be shipped to the delivery address stated by you on the e-commerce site and you (or someone on your behalf) will need to sign for the delivery regardless of the delivery method selected. Make sure you provide us with the correct delivery address when placing your order, which can be different to the billing address you provide.
If you are not available to take the delivery the products will be returned to our suppliers/ pharmacies.
Kindly note that no PO Box addresses will be accepted as a delivery address. Please ensure that you or someone on your behalf will be present to accept the delivery of your order at the residential or business address provided. All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present/failure to claim will be refunded minus any delivery costs Anti Wrinkle Clinic has incurred in sending the products out to you.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address youprovided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Anti Wrinkle Clinic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
Damaged, Faulty, Missing Products
Anti Wrinkle Clinic will not be liable or responsible if the product(s) received are not those you have ordered or for any product(s) damaged or lost during shipping including the event of overly long delivery time caused by the suppliers/pharmacies and or their transportation services.
You (the Buyer) are under duty to inspect the product(s) on delivery or on collection as the case may be.
If your product(s) are faulty or they have been damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or email our support team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to file a claim. Anti Wrinkle Clinic shall then contact its suppliers/pharmacies in order to initiate an enquiry. Kindly note enquiries may take some time.
Notification of any delivery anomalies, damages, faults or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 48 hours of their receipt by WhatsApp on 07800901227 or email email@example.com.
We do not offer a cancellation policy.
We understand that on occasion you may need to return an item. Due to the nature of the products we sell, item(s) cannot always be returned. Please see the below information on whether you can return an item.
If you wish to return your product(s) due to delivery anomalies such as incorrect, faulty, damaged product(s) please file a claim and return to us within the next 5 working days of notification. If 5 working days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an “incorrect” return (meaning the product(s) received are not those you have ordered), your product(s) must be :
b. in the same pristine condition that you received them
c. in the original form and packaging including any seal or plastic wrapping
d. you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain product(s) are cellophane wrapped and / or contain a seal to be removed before use. If they have been unsealed, opened, used or are not in their original packaging your right of cancellation will not apply due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for “faulty/damaged” return, please :
a. Report to Anti Wrinkle Clinic in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours from receipt of good(s)
b. Save all packaging material and damaged good(s)
c. File a claim with full details of the issue along with photographs of all packaging and contents
d. Return to us within 5 working days of notification.
Anti Wrinkle Clinic cannot accept responsibility for non-compliant product(s) (faulty, damaged, incorrect) after 48 hours from receipt of goods.
If you wish to return your purchase for any other reasons please contact us at email@example.com stating your order number and the reasons for return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the reason is not sufficient.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are non-compliant, defective or damaged. It is not possible to exchange or obtain reimbursement for any products ordered from the Anti Wrinkle Clinic e-commerce at pharmacies or retailers or from any products ordered from another online store.

Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit. The quickest and easiest way to return your product(s) to us is via Royal Mail’s free Tracked Returns Service. Click the link below and follow the instructions to start the return process.
Note that only in case of non-compliant, faulty, damaged product(s) we will cover any reasonable delivery costs you incur in returning the product(s) to us provided that you include a postage receipt when returning the products.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product(s), unless the product(s) are non-compliant, damaged, faulty, then we will refund you for the cost of return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund then firstly contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Reactions to product(s)
Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to patch test any product prior to use. Always check compatibility of any purchased products with other material facts that can affect results described.
If you have followed the above process but feel that you have had a reaction to a product please immediately report this in writing to us at email@example.com
Depending on the issue with the item, you may be required to complete a comprehensive Product Reaction Authorisation Form, and any item(s) in question might be sent back to the manufacturer for thorough testing. This form must be fully completed within 48 hours, including photographs of the reaction.
If a return / refund / replacement / exchange is required due to a reaction, Anti Wrinkle Clinic will provide full details on what to do during email correspondence.
Returns charges are up to the discretion of the sender.
Kindly note the Anti Wrinkle Clinic reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
