If your skin is feeling dull, dry, or less firm than before, Profhilo offers a clinically renowned approach to skin revitalisation. This award-winning injectable is designed to enhance hydration, support firmness, and improve the look of your skin’s texture – without adding volume.
Profhilo contains highly purified hyaluronic acid molecules that help the skin appear smoother, more luminous, and refreshed, with results that look natural.

Benefits
Delivers deep and intense skin hydration
Helps improve laxity to firm and lift the skin
Supports smoother, firmer-looking skin over time
Revitalises the skin for a brighter, more even complexion
Focuses on the mid and lower thirds of the face for a naturally refreshed finish
Treatment Options
Profhilo is carefully placed by Dr Yiannis into key areas of the mid and lower face – such as the cheeks, chin, jawline, and zygomatic arch. These precise placements allow the hyaluronic acid to distribute evenly, hydrating and improving the look of texture and firmness. Unlike traditional fillers, Profhilo doesn’t add volume. Instead it enhances skin radiance and smoothness for a refreshed, more youthful appearance.
Designed for patients seeking more definition and contour, Profhilo Structura combines hydration with supportive lift for areas showing early signs of volume and definition change. While traditional Profhilo focuses on overall skin quality, Structura is formulated to refine mid-face contours and restore a more defined appearance – without the density or heaviness of volumising fillers.

If you’re looking to improve the look and feel of skin beyond the face, Profhilo Body provides intensive hydration and skin refinement across larger areas like the neck, hands, inner arms, abdomen, thighs, and knees. Its unique dual-weight hyaluronic blend supports skin suppleness and tone, helping it appear smoother, firmer, and more radiant after a series of treatments.

Connecting with my patients on a personal level is a fundamental part of my practice.
Our Face-to-face hour offers a genuinely different consultation process where you'll get to ask every question, gain real insight, and understand aesthetics from a personal point of view.
After this 60-minute consultation, you’ll walk away with a personalised treatment plan – with no pressure to book anything until you’re truly ready.
Short answer – it won’t! Profhilo works by deeply hydrating your skin and boosting collagen and elastin production. Instead of adding volume like traditional fillers, it spreads evenly beneath the skin, making it smoother, firmer, and more radiant. Over time, you’ll notice fewer fine lines, improved skin elasticity, and a fresher, more youthful look – all while keeping your natural features.
While Profhilo is excellent for many areas, it's not suitable for under the eyes or the forehead.
The skin under the eyes is very thin and prone to swelling. Since Profhilo attracts water, it can sometimes cause unwanted puffiness in this delicate area. The forehead also presents a challenge because of the higher concentration of blood vessels, which increases the risk of complications when using a product that spreads like Profhilo.
Profhilo also isn't the right choice for areas requiring precise shaping, such as the lips or nose, or for treating deep wrinkles. It excels at improving skin texture, hydration, and firmness, but other treatments are better suited for these specific concerns.
We encourage you to book a consultation so we can assess your needs and recommend the most effective and safe treatments for you.
No, Profhilo is completely different from Dermal Fillers. While both contain hyaluronic acid (HA), fillers add volume and sculpt specific areas, using cross-linked HA for structure and longevity. Profhilo, on the other hand, is a pure, highly concentrated HA that spreads beneath the skin, hydrating, tightening, and improving overall skin quality without altering facial contours.
Profhilo contains no synthetic cross-linking agents, it integrates naturally into the skin, is metabolized over time, and carries a lower risk of lumps or complications. Produced by IBSA, a global leader in HA technology, Profhilo is known for its high safety profile and exceptional skin-rejuvenating properties.
Absolutely! Profhilo and anti-wrinkle injections complement each other beautifully, targeting different aspects of skin aging for a more refreshed, youthful look. Because they work so well together, we’ve created our signature Smooth & Shape package, which combines these two powerhouse treatments for comprehensive facial rejuvenation.
Profhilo and Profhilo Structura work beautifully together to deliver enhanced skin rejuvenation and facial contouring. While Profhilo hydrates, firms, and improves overall skin quality, Profhilo Structura addresses age related fat compartments atrophy to restore lost volume and definition, and provide a more sculpted, lifted appearance.
All treatments are personally performed by Dr Yiannis (that’s me!), a fully qualified medical aesthetic practitioner with over 20 years of experience. My academic and clinical background includes:
• General Dental Surgeon, University of Siena, Italy
• Diploma in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry, University College London (Eastman Dental Institute)
• Master of Science (MSc) in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry, University of Manchester
Over the past 20 years, I have also completed extensive postgraduate training in facial aesthetics, participating in numerous advanced, hands-on training modules both in the UK and across Europe. This includes training delivered by internationally recognised experts in medical aesthetics as well as by the pharmaceutical and medical device companies whose products I use in clinic, ensuring my techniques are up to date, evidence-based, and aligned with the highest safety standards.
Everything that happens at the Anti Wrinkle Clinic, I personally carry out – ensuring consistency, safety, and care from start to finish.
Yes – every treatment at the Anti Wrinkle Clinic starts with a consultation. This is an important step to make sure the treatment you’re considering is both suitable and safe for you. During your consultation, I’ll take the time to understand your goals, review your medical history, and discuss what’s best for your skin.
Please note that payment doesn’t automatically guarantee a treatment. If anything comes up during your consultation that makes a procedure unsafe or unsuitable, I will explain why and recommend alternative options.
Yes – all injectable treatments at the Anti Wrinkle Clinic are prescription-only and fully regulated under UK medical guidelines. Treatments are prescribed and administered exclusively by Dr Yiannis, following an in-person consultation to confirm suitability.
Rest assured, we follow strict clinical and hygiene protocols, source products only from licensed UK pharmacies.
Like any injectable treatment, Profhilo comes with some risks, but they’re uncommon, and we take every step to keep them as low as possible.
Most patients experience only mild, short-lived effects such as slight redness, swelling, or small bumps at the injection sites, which usually settle within a couple of days. More significant side effects are rare, but as with any injectable procedure, issues such as bruising, infection, or allergic reaction can occasionally occur.
If you ever have concerns after treatment – especially if you notice severe pain, increasing swelling, or changes in vision – you should contact the clinic immediately on +44 20 3598 7358.
Profhilo isn’t suitable for everyone, and in clinic I’m always careful to check this properly first. I wouldn’t treat you if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an active skin infection (including cold sores in the area), or if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients.
If you have certain medical conditions, you’re taking blood-thinning medication, or you’ve recently had facial procedures or a vaccination, we may need to delay your treatment for safety. If you’re unsure, just tell me what’s going on and I’ll advise you on the safest timing.
For the first 24 hours, I recommend all my patients take it easy. You can certainly cleanse and moisturise the skin, but please avoid rubbing or massaging the treated areas. Wearing makeup is perfectly fine, but keep it light-handed. It’s also a good idea to skip strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, and hot yoga for the rest of the day.
For the next 1-2 weeks, I would also recommend staying clear of facials, peels, and microneedling. Importantly, I urge you to use daily SPF (30-50) and keep hydrated. Remember – good skincare supports great treatment results.
If you experience any unusual symptoms – be that pain, discomfort, itching, redness, then please contact the clinic immediately on +44 20 3598 7358.
